Whether you want a massage at home after a long day at work; in your office, on your lunch break; at the gym, after a hard workout; or maybe at a special event you're planning, I am happy to oblige. I offer 3 basic types of massage—Table, Mat or Chair—to accommodate most any location.
I am currently credentialed with the following insurance companies: Premera, Cigna, Aetna.
I also take L&I and Personal Injury cases. Please be sure to contact me in advance of your first visit in order to get the paperwork started. You will also need a prescription from your Primary Doctor.
I approach my work from a holistic perspective. I see each patient as a whole person, not merely a collection of symptoms. I am not a healer. I am a helper. I facilitate health by educating my clients on how to prevent disease and guiding them back to a healthy path when they have strayed. I encourage them to aspire for something more than just "not sick", to pursue a robustly healthy life. I try to always be honest, to strive for humility by recognizing my own limitations, and to be responsible and respectful in my recommendations.
